Vittoria, owner of the Honeybee Bakery, always adored baking from a young age, moving to London aged 18 where she studied at The National Bakery School. She trained with high-profile bakeries such as Fortnum & Masons and Konditor & Cook.

In 2015 she returned home with a passion for baking and opened The Honeybee Bakery. Six years on with an incredible team, she started working on their own line of products that are not only beautiful but delicious.
